House Rules

You are a guest in our home and will be treated accordingly. Black Crappie Studios is a home based studio and as such, we have to share it with my family and nieghbours.

Please respect the following rules to ensure a safe, and friendly experience for everyone:

Smoking Policy: No smoking inside the house or studio. Smoking outside is ok. Be mindful of second hand smoke.

Noise Levels: Outdoor noise to be limited to the hours of 8 am - 11pm. (This includes loud conversation and car door slams). Be mindful of noise levels in communal areas and keep them to a minimum. The playing of instruments will be limited to the studio area and only when both of the studio doors are closed.

Cleanliness: Keep the studio, control room, and common areas clean and tidy. Dispose of trash properly and clean up after yourself. Spills will be cleaned up immediately. You will be charged for the time and cost to clean up after you.

Food and Drinks:. Food is not allowed in the studio; use designated areas for eating. Drinks are permissible, but not allowed near the equipment without proper protection. Spills will be cleaned up immediately.

Equipment Handling: Studio equipment to be handled only as directed by staff. Please do not handle equipment without consent from a staff member. You will be charge for accidents cause by the mishandling of equipment. The studio desk is for staff use only; please do not place any personal items on the studio desk.

Guest Policy: Inform the studio manager of any guests or additional personnel accompanying you during sessions. Guests must respect studio rules and procedures.
